Christina (she/her) has a warm, humorous, curious, and humanistic approach to therapy. She understands the need to be heard, validated, and seen for your life experiences without judgment. Believing you are the expert of your life, Christina holds space for you and all of your parts, including cultural, spiritual/religious, and personal/social identities.
Christina’s passion is trauma work. Trauma comes in many forms, and each experience can have a profound impact on our overall functioning. Feeling stuck, activated, immobilized, and foggy can feel impossible to overcome yet healing from within is possible through holistic and specific treatment.
Not fond of tradition, Christina loves to incorporate many tools into the therapeutic space including walk and talk outdoors, somatic breathing exercises, and meditation practices in conjunction with her trauma therapy modalities. Christina is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Havening, all of which can help empower from within and build your internal tools.
